WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the items are in their original condition. Personalised or custom items are not eligible for return unless there is a fault or error on our part. For more details, please refer to our full Refund Policy.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Please contact our customer service team with your order details to start the return process. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Exchanges are available for non-personalised items within 14 days. Custom or personalised items can only be exchanged if there’s an issue with the order.

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective.
