Heads Up! We’re Taking a Well-Deserved Break

Please be advised that our staff will be taking their annual holiday break from 12th January 2025 to 28th January 2025. This is to wind down and refresh after working hard to ensure your Christmas was magical and your New Year started with a bang! It's also time for them to enjoy the school holidays with their families.

What does this mean for your order?

While we’ll still be accepting orders during this period, please note that processing and dispatching of all made-to-order products will not resume until we return on 28th January 2025. We’ll make sure to catch up and get things moving as quickly as possible once we’re back.

We’ll still do our best to respond to all enquiries promptly during the break, but please bear with us if there’s a slight delay.
